How we implement Quality Assurance...

• The quality system includes a manufacturing development cycle which utilizes sophisticated Engineering procedures and state of the art precision machine tools to optimize the manufacturability and quality of the product.
• Through the use of high precision measurement systems, parts are verified and re-verified throughout the manufacturing cycle to insure conformance to all customer requirements.
• Throughout the facility, Lean and Waste Free manufacturing disciplines are implemented to best insure timely delivery of a quality product.
• The products are manufactured, inspected, and tested to documented, controlled procedures, and the results of such activities, along with material traceability are retained and retrieved through the use of a computerized quality data and factory management system.
